Steel Pipe Spool Fast Fit up Machines 26″-60″
Multifunctional pipe spool fast fit up machines are designed for pipe to fittings, including pipe to pipe, pipe to elbow, pipe to flange ,pipe to tee-piece, pipe to reducer etc. The pipe range is for large pipe OD Φ26″-60″.
It includes two units of roller supporter for locating the pipe, one unit of headstock for locating flange, and one unit of fitting platform for locating the elbow, tee and reducer. The roller supporter can move on rail by manual.
The headstock can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down by manual or motor.
The fitting platform can move forward and back forward on rail, up and down, and left and right by manual too. Reducer will be considered for heavy duty application which will make the pipe to fitting fit-up much easier.
